  • DO YOU HAVE A STORE? CAN I VISIT?
    Although we have a studio located in Mumbai, visitors are not allowed. It is a dispatch centre. We accept orders via Website/WhatsApp only.
  • HOW LONG IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK?
    The earlier the better! We need a minimum of 24 hours advance notice for fulfilling orders. However, we get booked quickly. It is best to place your order at least 5-7 days in advance to avoid disappointment.
  • HOW LONG DO THE BALLOONS LAST?
    Different balloons last for different durations based on the materials they are made of; Float time for regular size latex balloons is typically about 12-24 hours Bubble balloons float for approximately 24-30 hours. Stuffed bubble balloons & bubble balloons with tassels float lesser due to extra weight. Foil balloons float for a minimum of 24 hours and have a record of 2 weeks! All of our balloons are best used on the day of delivery as balloons will deflate over time. Please note that temperature variations & handling may affect float time of balloons. (There is no guarantee on float time due to the fragile nature of balloons) If you’d like a super lasting bouquet, opt for one of our air-filled designs. They last for several days or sometimes even for weeks. BALLOON BOUQUETS ARE MEANT FOR INDOOR USAGE ONLY. Exterior conditions make the balloons weaker.
  • DOES THE ARRANGEMENT REQUIRE ANY INSTALLATION?
    No installation is needed. All our arrangements arrive fully inflated to your doorstep. They are prepared in a ready-to-place manner.
  • CAN I JUST GET SOME LOOSE HELIUM BALLOONS?
    As long as your order request meets our minimum requirement, we are happy to serve you. Please get in touch with us via WhatsApp (+91 9619754996) for custom requirements.
  • DO YOU SELL DEFLATED BALLOONS?
    No, we don't. We specialize in inflated balloon arrangements.
  • DO YOU DELIVER ALL OVER INDIA?
    Sorry, we currently deliver within Mumbai city & Thane city only. Since balloons are extremely fragile & have a limited life span, inter-city delivery is not possible.
  • DO YOU DELIVER ON SUNDAYS?
    Sorry :( We are closed on Sundays. We operate from Monday-Saturday 11:00am to 9pm
  • WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY CHARGES?
    The delivery fee varies from ₹200 to ₹1200 based on the distance of your location from our studio & also the delivery mode you choose. Delivery fee is calculated during checkout.
  • WHY IS DELIVERY CHARGEABLE?
    Because behind delivery, there is a logistics process where we coordinate your order to arrive on time & in the best condition. Also, it is moved in a car that consumes FUEL, by a driver who gives their TIME & a helper who takes EFFORT to safely handle & deliver the balloons. All of which, need to be compensated with money. (Please bear in mind: Delivery is a service offered to the customer for their convenience. We don't profit off it) Inflated balloon arrangements occupy a lot of space & due to to their fragile nature, they need to be transported in an enclosed vehicle as opposed to a normal courier service. Hence, it costs more.
  • CAN I USE WEFAST FOR BALLOON DELIVERY?
    From our experience, using WeFast is not advisable as the delivery agents use a two-wheeler for transportation & they are not well trained to carry out the delivery. However, if you still insist, we can do so. No responsibility will be taken for the same.
  • CAN I PICK MY ORDER?
    Yes, you may have your balloons collected from our studio with prior booking only. Please ensure to arrange for the right vehicle size to fit in the balloons. Store pick-up is available only during the following hours: Monday-Saturday 11am to 7pm
  • I WOULD LIKE TO OPT FOR UBER DELIVERY. HOW DOES IT WORK?
    We will book a cab to the specified address. Cab details (vehicle number & driver contact number) will be shared with you at the time of dispatch. Depending on who’s going to coordinate the delivery at your end, a relevant contact number will need to be shared with the driver. He will call this number upon arrival. You have to ensure someone will be available to unload the balloons at the destination. The bill will need to be settled directly with the driver. Since it’s a third party service, we wouldn’t be able to take responsibility for the condition in which the balloons arrive.
  • IS UBER DELIVERY SAFE?
    Although we have carried out many successful deliveries via Uber, we cannot guarantee the quality of their service or the condition in which the balloons will arrive as it is a third party service.
  • CAN I SPECIFY A TIME FOR DELIVERY?
    Deliveries are typically made between the hours of 11:00 am to 9:00pm You may choose a suitable time slot & we will try our best to have it delivered around the requested time based on slot availability.
  • DO YOU OFFER MIDNIGHT DELIVERY SERVICE?
    Sorry, our standard delivery hours are Monday-Saturday 11:00am to 9pm On special request, we can accommodate delivery requests upto 10.30pm (We reserve the right to refuse this service based on staff availability)
  • ARE THE BALLOONS DELIVERED IN A BOX?
    No, they are delivered in open. Balloon arrangements occupy a lot of space (almost the size of a mini van) Hence, it is not viable to fabricate a custom box for each order- both practically & financially.
  • WHAT IF THE BALLOONS ARE DAMAGED IN TRANSIT?
    Worry not! If you opt for Doorstep Delivery, our delivery personnel always carries spare balloons incase of a mishap. It is completely our responsibility until it is handed over to you in a good condition. In the case of Uber delivery/Self Pick-Up, we do not take responsibility once the balloons are loaded & out of our supervision.
  • IS CASH ON DELIVERY AVAILABLE?
    Sorry we don't accept Cash on Delivery. We accept payments via GPay/UPI/Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking
  • HOW DO I CARE FOR MY BALLOONS?
    Needless to say, balloons are extremely fragile & need to be handled with extra care! Balloons do not get along well with extremely hot and cold temperatures. We advise not to leave your balloon outdoors or in a locked room. Avoid direct sunlight. Avoid putting balloons at places with strong wind (outdoors or directly beneath a fan). Avoid sharp edges. Avoid hitting/squeezing/playing with them. Avoid moving them around excessively. There are rare instances where the ballon may pop for no apparent reason even after taking all necessary precautions.
  • I DON'T SEE A DESIGN I WANT

  • CAN I CANCEL/RESCHEDULE MY ORDER?
    We understand sometimes life happens and you may need to make changes or cancel your order. All orders can easily be changed or canceled up to 3 days before its scheduled delivery date. After this period has passed, the order becomes final and non refundable (please read Cancellation Policy for details) due to the fact that we have committed to purchasing inventory, starting production and reserving a delivery slot. If you need to change or cancel your order, please WhatsApp our team at 9619754996 Please note, rescheduling is subject to availability.
  • HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
    Since, all the balloon arrangements are hand delivered, there is no tracking number generated. Based on the date & time of your booking request, you will receive a picture of the arrangement via WhatsApp once it's ready for dispatch. We will notify you when it's out for delivery & also once it is successfully delivered. Please note all the bouquets are prepared only a few hours before the delivery time to maintain the freshness.
